Ms. Jones was wonderful to work with! If you are a first time home buyer, or just looking for a new home then I highly recommend using her. Her knowledge of the Lexington area paired with her expertise of the process was unmatched. We were first time home buyers and she took the time to review the entire process with us before we started looking. We knew exactly what to expect while we were looking and if we decided to make an offer on a home we felt prepared. We ended up putting in an offer on the second home we looked at. Ms. Jones guided us through the process of making an offer and made recommendations that landed us our first home!! Once that was all settled, she had a list of people for us to call for different things that was ready to go. I just had to call and set up the appointment (such a relief!). After the inspection, Ms. Jones went over everything with us and helped us ask the right questions. Throughout the entire process, she was there to answer any questions and relieve any stress we had. She was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. We did a final walk through of the home together and noticed that some things weren't right, she worked tirelessly and made sure those things were fixed correctly. All in all, she was excellent to work with and we will use her if we ever decide to leave this house! Buying a home during a pandemic was stressful on its own, but Ms. Jones made it as stress free and easy on us as possible.

She’s knows what she’s talking about. She will be completely honest with you and will answer all your questions. She’s a very nice lady. She enjoys what she does loves helping people and making sure your satisfied.
