I really couldn't ask for a better RE Agent. Janet Johnson is extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual and helpful throughout the entire Real Estate process. She really makes the process seamless and addresses any/all issues "head on" and immediately. She treated our purchase as if it was her purchase. We did have an HOA issue/concern after we closed escrow, when Janet's work is officially finished, but she skillfully tackled it and got things straightened out. The thing I really like about Janet, doing a home purchase is a very stressful period for most home buyers and I was stressed at times, but Janet has a very calming, reassuring nature about her which kept me calm and able to sleep at night! Her great disposition comes from someone who is experienced and has "seen it all before" -to me, that was invaluable! I say this and I mean it -do not hesitate, proceed with Janet with confidence, you will thank me for this later. Much love to Janet for our first home purchase and all she did to make that happen.
