As first time home buyers my husband and I were nervous to say the least and needed someone to help fill in our knowledge gaps. Janet walked us through every step. Gave knowledgeable advice and everything felt personable. She was available at short notice and understood our urgency for finding home in a short amount of time. I was able to tell her my concerns with the loan company we were originally working with and she introduced us to a loan officer that she knew and trusted, taking so much stress out of the situation. I would recommend Janet to anyone looking to purchase a home. Her flexibility and dedication to helping us achieve our home buying goals made her irreplaceable.
Smooth transactions. Very responsive. Janet had immediate action and assistance in finding a home. Would recommend her and Good Deal Realty to friends.
Janet helped us buy our new home and sell our previous! Both were difficult and frustrating transactions, but Janet was a tremendous help and took on as much as she could to close on both homes. She went above and beyond, and even in a difficult market, never gave up! She had wonderful contacts to get beautiful pictures taken of the home we sold, put care and thought into the listings and was knowledgeable, friendly (but firm) to all our potential buyers and their agents. When we had problems with flakey buyers and lazy agents she stepped up to keep things on time and make sure our home was treated with care and respect. In a tough market, and in a neighborhood full of competition, she helped us sell and purchase our dream home. It was a rough few months but she was a trooper and stuck with us to make it all work out in the end. She also kept tough when we were stressed and burnt out to help us push through to the finish line. Any buyers and/or sellers would be lucky to have her represent them! Janet and her team managed to make, what felt like, the impossible...possible!
I bought a house from out of state. I needed to buy at the lower end of market prices, so good ones were flying off the shelf! A very reasonably priced house came back on the market and Janet was at the property the next morning to put in my bid. We got it! She kept me up to date all along the way. She viewed a lot of properties for me before we landed this one. She was patient, informative, and did not try to push me into a higher price range.
Janet Johnson was amazing handling my transaction from start to finish! She exhibited patience, tenacity and thoroughness to get things done. I would highly recommend Janet to take care of any real estate needs!
Very helpful and informative on information regarding houses. Janet is very trustworthy and will answer any question you might have. My family and I were very happy to have Janet as our realtor to buy our first home.
Janet helped us buy a home this year & we are very pleased with all her realty expertise throughout the buying process. We first connected with Janet on the web while browsing MLS properties. She immediately contacted me within 1 hour ! We made an appointment to meet at the designated property located in the 92392 area; she was prompt, professional & pleasant! Even though the first property didn't work for us; She listened to what we desired in a home and neighborhood., connected us with ethical finance people and found us our 'forever' home in the High Desert. We are blessed to have worked with such a wonderful Real Estate agent! David/Rene Smith
