Janet helped us buy our new home and sell our previous! Both were difficult and frustrating transactions, but Janet was a tremendous help and took on as much as she could to close on both homes. She went above and beyond, and even in a difficult market, never gave up! She had wonderful contacts to get beautiful pictures taken of the home we sold, put care and thought into the listings and was knowledgeable, friendly (but firm) to all our potential buyers and their agents. When we had problems with flakey buyers and lazy agents she stepped up to keep things on time and make sure our home was treated with care and respect.
