Janet helped us buy our new home and sell our previous! Both were difficult and frustrating transactions, but Janet was a tremendous help and took on as much as she could to close on both homes. She went above and beyond, and even in a difficult market, never gave up! She had wonderful contacts to get beautiful pictures taken of the home we sold, put care and thought into the listings and was knowledgeable, friendly (but firm) to all our potential buyers and their agents. When we had problems with flakey buyers and lazy agents she stepped up to keep things on time and make sure our home was treated with care and respect. In a tough market, and in a neighborhood full of competition, she helped us sell and purchase our dream home. It was a rough few months but she was a trooper and stuck with us to make it all work out in the end. She also kept tough when we were stressed and burnt out to help us push through to the finish line. Any buyers and/or sellers would be lucky to have her represent them! Janet and her team managed to make, what felt like, the impossible...possible!

I bought a house from out of state. I needed to buy at the lower end of market prices, so good ones were flying off the shelf! A very reasonably priced house came back on the market and Janet was at the property the next morning to put in my bid. We got it! She kept me up to date all along the way.
