Janet James was wonderful to work with. She made the process of selling my home very easy. She had to help and demand paperwork from the buyers realtor which almost lost them the house. She was very accurate on pricing the home, it sold the first day on the market. I left the area before closing and Janet facilitated some items that needed to taken care of before the closing date. She also helped with the relocation of two cats that I was unable to take with me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding and knowledgeable agent for selling or purchasing.
