Janet helped the reviewer sell this property

Janet Gurganus is an exceptional real estate agent!!

Janet from the start was aware of the market value in our neighborhood. She guided us in selling our home in 3 days!! Janet was always available to answer any questions. She would stop by whenever we needed help and always gave us sound advice in how to deal with issues. Janet helped us for hours to unload the moving truck when we first moved into our home. Sure enough Janet was helping us once again in loading the truck as we prepare to move. In our view, these acts of kindness and professionalism sets Janet apart from other realtors. We would highly recommend Janet Gurganus as a real estate agent.
