I am EXP ICON real estate agent 2 years in a row and a private investor specializing in short-term rentals. I have been investing in and operating short-term rental accommodations since 2015. I moved to Sevier County TN from Wisconsin Dells - "The Indoor Waterpark Capitol of the World". I have worked in the service industry my entire life, in every area of the food & beverage department in a restaurant. I felt this was the very best training for any job, because you learned how to listen and the true meaning of "service". When I moved to Tennessee, I decided I would become a Realtor and I made it my goal to learn the area as well as any local. I believe that doing this helped me tremendously, and I achieved the honored title "Rookie of the Year" from the Great Smoky Mountain Board of Realtors. I am a full time Realtor at Exp Realty. Janet sold my cabin

This was the second time I worked with Janet and it was a pleasant experience both times

Janet’s experience and knowledge of the market were spot on. She provided a Market Analysis of my property that I thought at the time was no way we would get that price. The property went on the market on Tuesday and had a contract on Thursday for higher than the asking price. Needless to say I was very pleased. She knows her business and I would highly recommend.

Great Experience with Janet Giffee

Janet was so helpful with market knowledge & negotiations. I ran into some title issues and had to halt the sale for a few months. Janet was super patient and helped to recommend local professionals to clear up the title issues. We went back on the market, got multiple offers over list and the sale was very successful. This could have been a terrible experience but Janet helped to make it a very positive outcome. I highly recommend Janet to sellers & buyers.

My experience as a buyer and seller has been excellent!

Janet’s knowledge of the real estate in the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area has worked well when both buying and selling . Janet has worked hard to gain maximum exposure when selling property as well as canvassing the area when buying property. I highly recommended Janet!
