Our entire experience from start to finish was just excellent, I just can't say enough positive things. Janet is extremely knowledgeable about the area and an expert in the entire process. She is honest and friendly and talked me in off the ledge more than once during the process :) ! We were buying out of state (which is so stressful), the inspection came up with all kinds of surprises and I don't know what I would have done without her. She expertly negotiated additional $$$ off the price and closed the deal. It was like having a friend in the real estate business. She was available whenever we needed her and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. If you're buying a house in the area go with Janet, you won't regret it.
