There is not enough good I can say about Janet. Her knowledge of the market and her many years of experience made this a smooth and even enjoyable experience. She was there for us, and with us, every step of the way and constantly went above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. This was a difficult court-ordered sale coming out of a divorce. Janet knows market value in today's market, and helped us get a surprisingly good price for our home. However, you do not realize the value of your realtor until after the contract is signed, and you are then working out the details for closing. I cannot think of anyone who would have been better prepared to handle all of the issues that occur between contract and closing. Janet knows contracts, what is in them, and how do deal with all the issues, and has a network of contractors to help you resolve any issues. We could not have been more pleased with the way she handled all of the aspects of selling our home to finally closing
