I would definitely recommend Janet if you want a smooth and painless buying/selling process. The best thing about working with her is that she has an entire network of people that she can refer you to, and I used all of them! From the lender to the home inspector. In retrospect I should’ve shopped around more but that’s on me. I really can’t say anything negative about Janet except she didn't give me a closing gift! Janet and Jorge were patient, inquisitive, and caring throughout the house hunting process. Jorge was approachable and patient with me, and was happy to answer questions, give insights, advice, and worked within my timetable. I travelled from several hundred miles away and made numerous trips, and each time was a pleasure. Once I found the right house, Jorge and I were able to strategize on how best to make an offer, and he was very helpful throughout the entire closing process. Communication was over text, phone, and email but always whatever worked best for me at the time. I very much appreciated the friendly manner that he conducted himself with. Looking for houses, and eventually closing, never felt like a business transaction solely.
