Finding a good real estate agent in South Florida is a daunting task. Finding an excellent real estate agent is near impossible. Many agents working down here are very inexperienced or working in real estate as a side job, but they lack the knowledge, character, and confidence of a true professional like Janet. Working with her was an absolutely excellent experience! There are so many little details and possible pitfalls in the purchasing of a home--it was great to have a person like Janet there by our side answer questions and explain things to us. Not only has she personally seen this market fluctuate from living and working in the industry here in South Florida for many years, she has also seen it from a lender's perspective. She has a great team of tried-and-true people she's worked with as far as lenders and title agents, and she's really makes sure the deal gets done! Just a lovely person to sit and chat with, too. My family thanks you dearly, Janet! By far, the BEST agent I've ever worked with and will certainly continue working with.
