Thank you Scot and pursuant to your request I am going to include the text that you sent to me which was much more detailed and that you wanted me to forward to my Broker as well:
I would like to express how pleased I have been with Janet as my Realtor. Her knowledge of the real estate market, attention to detail and thoroughness throughout the entire process have been truly exceptional. Janet's excellent understanding of the market allows her to navigate the many challenges that can arise during a real estate transaction. What impressed me most was her ability to remain focused, professional and solution oriented when the closing process became difficult. She knew what needed to be done, how to approach the challenges and how to keep things moving toward a successful conclusion. Her experience, sound judgement, and dedication gave me confidence that I was in capable hands. It is easy to appreciate a Realtor when everything goes smoothly, but it is when things get tough that a truly exceptional professional distinguishes herself. Janet proved herself to be exactly that kind of professional. I am extremely grateful for her hard work, guidance and commitment. I would gladly recommend Janet Bussell Eriksson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough and dependable real estate professional who knows how to get the job done, even when the going gets tough. Thank you, Janet, for a job exceptionally well done. Sincerely, Scot Lee
