We had worked with several realtors in the past - all good at their jobs - but Janet’s professionalism, input and responsiveness was next-level. Janet redefined what a realtor could be for us. We were looking in the south Denver area from out of state. She established great rapport off the bat, listening to our very specific needs and we quickly came to the conclusion that a new build would be the best fit. She set up an initial meeting with a builder that was health-minded, energy-efficient, high quality, while still fitting into our price range. We had built to the health standard that this builder holds all of their homes to, so it was an easy match and we were familiar with the specs. There were many times in the process that Janet gave invaluable input, including perspective like, “you need to call the builder *now* and get locked in!” which proved to be pivotal timing. Because we had gone through the new build process before, we generally knew the flow, but she showed up and provided more guidance than anyone else we had experienced in the past, which helped us to be confident buying in this market, which prior to working with Janet, we hadn’t stepped foot in! We hope to be here for a long time, but we’d be more than delighted to work with Janet again.
