Its been decades since I've purchased real estate although I have sold 3 properties....there are numerous documents & disclosures that must be observed now. Janet guided us through the jungle of paperwork and careful explained what it was we were reading or signing, very patiently answering all our questions, or making a note on getting the answer for us.
