In 2019 I was in the market to buy a house. I heard about Janet by word of mouth. Where do I start! From the very beginning Janet was very honest,knowledgeable & tuned in to every aspect of selling a home. She came to our home prepared with market trends,analysis. We listed our home & were getting very good feedback from potential buyers & suddenly the buyers seemed to be holding out. We eventually decided to pull off of the market, our decision. Janet & her team never gave up on us.We re-enterered the market a couple months later & to our surprise, we received an offer for listed price. 1 day later received 2 more offers far above listed price.
