Janene is an excellent realtor and went above and beyond our expectations in every way possible! She put together an excellent marketing plan, amazing photo sessions, and was there for us for whatever was needed in good weather and bad. For example, we had to be out of town and was having an issue with our inspection on the septic tank and she was there overseeing the workers standing in the pouring rain and cold. She was great working with a difficult escrow which was due to the seller's agent, and lender not performing on many issues in a timely manner. All the referrals for subs to do the work that was needed were excellent. The escrow company she referred us to were the best, they stayed on top of all the loose ends that needed to be met to close a very difficult escrow. Janene is highly respected in our community and does a great deal of work raising money for UCLA's children group and has for many years.
