We have known Janelle for a few years now as she originally sold us our first home (a foreclosure). During the foreclosure she made it as seamless a process as possible. Not only were we buying a foreclosure, but we were also first time home buyers; she went out of her way to answer our questions, show us and re-show us the home. When we were ready to sell our first home we knew right away that we would go back to her for help as now we had become "first time home sellers." You can never guess how long it will take to sell your home and at times we felt discouraged but throughout the whole experience she was so positive, constantly communicated showing times to us, and we could always tell that she was really on our side, wanting to make sure that we got out of the deal what we wanted- I don't think you can say that of all realtors, in fact in know you can't. We highly recommend Janelle, she is truly genuine and professional. Thank you Janelle for getting us to our next destination!
