Janelle Makowski was a referral to me from a longtime friend, and amazing C21 realtor Madonna Steinlage. Not knowing Janelle, but respecting Madonna's high praise of Janelle, I went in optimistic, and was not disappointed. Janelle escorted me to one house, I loved it, and put in an offer the very next day. From that moment on, Janelle was on top of everything, relentless in her effort to secure the house, and never left me uniformed. We secured the house at a price per sq ft well below local comps. If you're looking for a flawless purchasing process, with open communication and error free documents, I absolutely recommend Janelle Makowski, who is an absolute professional. We purchased in Hillsborough, but she's equally suited for Pinellas County too. Go with Janelle!
