Janelle Kennedy did an excellent job marketing and selling my home. From the beginning she walked me through all of the many steps with filling out the forms, having professional video and photos produced to showcase every room inside and all areas outside, to the handouts and video disc's for perspective buyers, down to complimentary water with carry bags for each visitor. She worked very hard for 8 months to get my home sold and I feel she did what she needed to do get the job done well. I would recommend her as a realtor to everyone I know needing realtor help because she is excellent at what she does.
