Engaging The File Group was hands-down the best decision we could have made when searching for our new home. Janelle and Brandon were not only super informative, insightful, patient and willing to roll with us as we figured out what we wanted, but they also made the entire process as simple and streamlined as it could possibly be, from search to offer to negotiation to mortgage application to inspection to closing. And, even after closing, they consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our new home. I have regularly and confidently recommended The File Group to my family and friends — all of whom have had glowing reviews of their own.
