Janelle Eagle-Robles
Finding an agent to help me sell my 7-digit home was a task I felt ill-prepared to tackle. I ultimately decided to introduce myself to Janelle, who besides being my neighbor, was also a Realtor®. I'm so glad I did. After a few very candid and pointed conversations, we agreed we could work together and proceeded to put together an aggressive plan for marketing my home: I set the schedule, and Janelle developed and implemented the marketing plan. Understanding that my objective was to down-size, Janelle and her aide spent hours researching possible properties for me to transition into. They were quite objective and as they escorted me through these several opportunities, they never attempted to influence my assessments. Through our time together, Janelle and her team went the distance in helping prepare my existing home for sale. There was a large quantity of furnishings that needed to be stored, donated, sold, or trashed. There was also a bit of minor repair and maintenance work required, as well as a good, thorough cleaning. Janelle seemed to have a comprehensive catalog of available and competent people and services. She was able to get this collection of skills and people together in a very short—and tight—schedule, then choreograph their performances for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. On frequent occasion, Janelle would recognize a need for assistance and would jump right in, providing physical assistance even when it would require a washup afterward. I was especially impressed with her knowledge of the numerous laws, policies, customs, and practices involved in today’s real-estate industry. My first purchase was in 1956, and things have changed a bit in the course of our litigious society. I’m glad that Janelle was willing and able to guide me through the processing of the significant volumes of paper. A very warm, energetic extrovert
