From the start, I was amazed at our first meeting and the homework Janelle had compiled. She is extremely thorough. Our deadline was overwhelming, and Janelle accurately analyzed our situation and kept us focused as we searched for the right home. Initially she took a questionnaire of our likes and dislikes and used this information as a guide when we walked through various homes. Once we found a home everyone loved, Janelle reminded us of our answers on the questionnaire and got excited with us as we realized this home fulfilled our hopes. She discussed how the property would increase in value with time and the advantages of our purchase. No roadblocks were seen. Where do I start?!?!?! First off Janelle is the sweetest, knowledgable, and most patient person I have ever met! I'm sure there were several times where most realtors would have told me to move on because I may have come off very picky. Janelle seemed to take that as a challenge to find me the perfect house. Not once did she complain about any of the challenges I threw her way. I travel a lot for a living, so there were many times she had to go look at the houses without me. Once she figured out what I wanted she did an amazing job explaining to me what the pro's and con's were with each house. She did a great job of not telling me what to do but giving me all the information to make an educated decision whether or not to move forward with the house. We had several close calls with some amazing houses and Janelle really shined in that process knowing tons of industry standards/rules/regulations, to make the process run smoothly. One house we really tried to get we had to work with another realtor that, in my opinion, was super shady and seemed to do things illegally which just proved to me that I picked the correct realtor for my needs. Even though he was testing our patience, Janelle stayed calm and professional. We ended up growing a great friendship throughout this process and I got to meet her family which is one of those families you are so happy to have in your life. They are all amazing.
