Janell is the best!! We started hunting the 2nd week of January and were moved into our dream home in the 3rd week of February. She was always available to work around our schedules and do multiple showings in a day. She negotiated the price down and helped us understand our inspection reports. She simplified everything and advocated on our behalf the whole time.

Janell not only helped us sell our house, she helped us buy as well! We were in quite of a bit of a time crunch as we were heading overseas, but she made the process so easy & smooth! She was always so quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and always gave us the best advice!! Janell wasn’t just our realtor, she became our friend and we appreciate everything she did for us!!
