Jane worked with us for 3 years selling our family place in Dover. She was instrumental in selling some of the land to a conservation group. The rest of the property was sold to a family who train horses, a fitting use for a place on the edge of a large area of conservation land in Dover. Jane was well versed about the area of Dover and surrounding towns. She referred us to reputable people for required upgrades and inspections on the property and legal support.
