Jane Tobin

Jane was absolutely wonderful. We were purchasing a home from afar and didn't know the area at all. She was very knowledgeable and would go see properties and take videos to send us. It was a very smooth experience and I highly recommend her.

I have known Jane for around seven years now and I can vouch for her without reservation. She helped us to buy our first house as an investment, managed it for us for 7 years, and just sold it for us in Winter of 2018. During that time she was always very helpful answering questions and giving advice when asked. This includes questions about buying, selling, renting and home ownership. We never had to wait for her to respond and she often proactively contacted me and reminded me of things to watch out for (like cleaning out the rain gutters or cancelling the utilities). We always had a smooth, and easy communication. I feel that she had our interests in mind and negotiated for us with agents, owners and other companies we did business with. She also took care of everything that needed doing for us and did it smoothly and efficiently, which was important as we were mostly out of the country. All in all working with Jane was a pleasure and I highly recommend her.

Jane is the best! She is completely up to date on everything, and if she doesn't have a a fact ready, she will find out and get you informed quickly. Jane is a joy. I look forward to my next real estate transactions because I know she will have my back. I highly recommend Jane Tobin to every person I care about who needs a Realator.

Jane did a great job listing and assisting me to sell my condo. I was already out of State looking for my new house. Jane helped me with the contractors I have hired to perform some repairs. She did a good job also negotiating to get the sell close to the price I wanted.

Jane helped us purchase our first home. She was wonderful, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure all of our first time buyer questions were answered. We highly recommend Jane as a real estate agent who will do everything she can to get you the house of your dreams. We couldn't be happier with the house we ended up purchasing!

First time home buyer and Jane helped me through all the steps. She took me on tours of numerous places until finding one that fit. She was very prompt on sending over new listings and the house I bought we toured the same day it was listed. Jane was very knowledgeable and made the process easy and enjoyable. I am pleased with the new house and would recommend Jane to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.
