We really liked the way she explained what to look for in a second home and guided us through each and every step of the buying process. When our underwriter asked for additional documents at the last minute, she immediately helped us with the process and ensured that we closed the home on time. While selling our home she suggested a lot of changes that would result in a higher selling price and worked with the contractors to get all the necessary changes done before we put it on the market. Jane was super responsive, courteous and took time to understand our needs, such as wanting to buy first before selling, and had the lender contacts to help us make that happen Jane was also extremely helpful in answering all our questions regarding the process of buying/selling, staging our home for sale, what was the minimum needed to be done in order to get our home sold at the max price without spending too much. We felt extremely lucky to have found Jane as our real estate agent on the recommendation of a friend who had previously worked with her. Jane provided simply outstanding service at every step of our home search and purchase.
