The result was a stunner - and it sold on the 2nd day of showing for 23K more than we thought was our absolute max. Honestly guys, do your research and then come back and get Jane. When you figure that it costs virtually the same percentage for a bad agent as it does to get the very best out there, it's a massively easy call. It was for us - AND - as a repeat client, she gave us a discount! Just amazing - THANKS JANE!
