My wife and I were looking to buy a waterfront condominium in South Pasadena. We found Jane through Zillow. I spoke to her on a Friday and she arranged for appointments for Saturday. When we met her, she presented me with a packet containing all the relevant information on the units we were going to look at as well as a market analysis. I knew at that point I was dealing with a professional. We looked at about 8 units. She was aware that one of the units was owned by a "motivated seller". We were very pleased with the unit and Jane helped us formulate an offer that was substantially below the asking price but not "insulting". She wrote a cover letter to accompany the offer that looked like it had been written by an attorney explaining why the offer was appropriate, despite being being significantly lower than asking price. We went back and forth a bit during the negotiations, with Jane advocating for us every step of the way. We finally settled on what we considered to be a very favorable contract. She uses a document signing program called "dot loop" that is easy and simple to use. I have been involved with several real estate transactions recently and found this software the easiest to use of all of them. The inspection identified a couple of issues that were not deal breakers but needed attention. Jane was able to get the seller to kick back to us enough money to fix everything. During the inevitable issues of getting all the documents signed, Jane was on it every step of the way to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. WE were unable to be there for the walk through just prior to closing as we live in another city. Jane did it for us. She also arranged to pick up the keys and will deliver them to us this Friday when we actually move in. This is the epitome of professional service! I would strongly recommend her and would work with her again in a heart beat.
