My wife and I moved from France to Seattle and needed somebody reliable who could establish a short list of homes meeting our criteria and facilitate a decision during a week long preview trip. Jane met the challenge by showing us different neighborhoods in the first three days focusing on access, shopping opportunities, amenities sprinkling in a few homes representative of each area to get us calibrated. When our taste and preferred areas became clear she zeroed in on the five homes closest to our tastes and price range. Within two days we picked our favorite and Jane established a set of comparable sales allowing us to make an offer within a few hours. After the offer was accepted with contingencies, Jane arranged for a home inspection by a qualified professional and a visit to the planning and zoning office to understand all facts related to the subdivision and the city. We then had to return to France and Jane masterfully managed negotiation with two counters to finally arrive at a firm contract at the right price within a week all remotely.
