Jane Layton

I have been in the housing market the past two years when selling and buying a home, each time using Jane Layton as my realtor. She was incredible! When we sold, Jane was working with a less experienced realtor for the buyer and assisted them seamlessly when asked. When buying, Jane knew the market well, kept me apprised of homes in my price range and delineated area, and was available via phone or text to answer any questions. Her quick responses got me into a lovely home. Although on vacation, she picked up her phone at 7 AM on a weekend to make sure we had a back-up offer submitted immediately. I got the house! She walked me through each step of the process, never condescending or hurried. While researching the market and living 500 miles from my target area, I would Face Time with her as she walked through any homes in which I showed an interest.
