Jane Lane

I'm a military home owner in Grovetown. I have had exceptional service from Jane. She has managed my property since 2008 when I PCSed. For most the past 8+ years I've been out of the country (or continental US) unable to view the house as often as I would like; I was recently pleasantly surprised to find it in much of the condition I left it in. Jane is very open with me as the home owner on any needs or additional fees for the home. She is very honest and careful with my money and didn't have me paying unnecessary or outlandish repair costs for the upkeep. Additionally, during the past 8+ years my property was tenantless for maybe four compiled months (at the most) during the entire time; and most of that was due to getting the home ready for the next tenant as one moved out. This kept me from rarely having to pay for two residents at one time. She made it very easy for me to have one less worry while I was gone. She treated me with respect and was always concerned for me, not just as a customer but as a friend. My business with Jane has been phenomenal. If I buy another home or need a property manager again in the Columbia-Richmond County, I will defiantly enlist Jane's services.
