Jane just helped us close a property in Long Beach, and she is HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Reasons being: 1) She is an EXPERT in her field. 2) She GENUINELY cares about her clients. We spent SO many months searching for the right investment property due to so many different obstacles, and Jane was there to provide insight Every Step Of The Way. The search for the "best property" was never ending.. and at one point after many months, we highly considered a newly renovated condo just to conclude the search. However, Jane Literally recommended against it because she ran the numbers and thought it was overpriced, and didn't think it was the smartest purchase from an investment standpoint! I cannot confidently say that another realtor would have turned down the sale and done the same. To make matters even more complicated, when we finally found "the property", everything that could have gone wrong during escrow went wrong, but Jane was in our corner the entire time standing up for us and helping us through all the unexpected mishaps.
