Jane couldn't have been better to work with. A true professional in every sense of the word. Prepared, knowledgeable, experienced. Jane sold our house in two days, and politely, had several buyers engaged in a bidding war that produced more than our goal amount for the sale. She was also prepared for the long haul, if it was needed, and had scheduled an open house with professional, commercially prepared brochures with house photos. What a touch! Do yourself a favor and work with Jane, you will not regret it.

This is our second time using Jane to buy a house and our first time selling with her. Needless to say, moving is stressful. Jane took so much of the stress off of our plate. She guided us, made recommendations, met with inspectors, and kept us on top of all deadlines. She was always accessible. She made us feel like we were her only client (we were NOT her only client). She was terrific! Highly recommend!

Jane was very knowledgeable relative to the market, and more specifically the neighborhood we moved to. She had a robust network that helped support us along the way with assistance where needed. She made the process as stress free as possible, and I would highly recommend Jane to folks looking for real estate.

Jane's experience helped us negotiate a large reduction in the asking price, got the closing done in two weeks, listed and sold our existing home in two days. I swear she's like a super hero who can juggle a lot, given only two hands, and its because her many years of experience wins the day. If you're not working with Jane, you're not working!

Excellent experience working with Jane! Super knowledgeable and got the job done. Strong communication. Would absolutely use her again.

Jane is a wonderful realtor! She made the process easy and fun!

Jane showed her expertise in the Dublin market with the sale of my home. Priced correctly, sold fast. Top dollar. Thank you, Jane!

Jane has been a dream to work with! She’s been along side us on a 6yr real estate journey and negotiated some challenging prosperities on our behalf. Jane recently helped us find our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. We appreciate all the support to get to where we are. Thank you, Jane!

I called Jane when day a dump truck drove into my house. She helped us find an amazing rental while the house was repaired. She helped us fix up the property and get it on the market. For any issue we had, she knew someone to call. During a very stressful time in our lives, Jane was always quick to respond to our many questions. Over 18 months she found us a rental, helped us sell our house, and got us into our new home. We plan to recommend Jane to anyone we know that needs a realtor.

Jane Kuraly is simply the best. She is deeply knowledgeable about the market, her client’s needs, and doesn’t compromise on finding the perfect match. Jane knows how to advocate and negotiate for her clients with grace and clarity. She makes the entire home-buying process as easy and seamless as possible.

Jane was absolutely fantastic through out this process I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a house in the future.

Jane performed exceptionally in helping us sell this property. Couldn’t have managed without her!
