We were connected with Jane by chance when we called on a rental property she had listed. Since we did not rent from her, please note that she did everything I am about to tell you commission free. I do understand that realtors must build word of mouth referrals, but Jane truly went over and above to treat us like she would expect to be treated. You will not be disappointed if you choose to contract with her to sell/buy or secure a lease relationship on your behalf. Jane's listing was not a fit for us, but Jane tirelessly worked with us for almost a month. Fielding my calls, scheduling appointments, showing homes and helping us to find everything on our wish list. We were under a tight deadline to find our home and Jane went into action. She was an expert on the local and surrounding areas, down to traffic patterns. Home values, Association information, and most importantly - Negotiated with realtors and owners to secure a long-term (longer than annual) for a win-win situation for all involved. Nothing was too small or too large for her to tackle. I truly cannot say enough about how impressed we were. She will forever be our go-to real estate professional (emphasis on professional).
