Selling our house was not just a trick, it needed a miracle. We must have done something good in this life because the miracle by the name Jane Goldman showed up at our door. She never asked us to move a finger, taking care of every step of prepping the house for sale and reporting to us EVERY DAY on the progress. Each one of her interior and exterior recommendations paid off. She called the people who planted the flowers and shrubs in the backyard. She called the people who painted the house inside and replaced the carpet. She recommended the furniture staging and designed it herself. When I saw my house on the day of first showing, I almost regretted selling this beauty. Even the buyers were so impressed that they asked to buy the furniture along with the house. She stayed in close contact with the buyers' agent and even assisted them with the expedited mortgage approval. No joke but Jane sold our house in 2 days and for the asked price! Not forgetting that Jane also helped us to buy the new house, I would say that meeting Jane Goldman was one of the best things that happened to our family.
