Jane really listened and understood what I was looking for. She toured properties for me and actually sent me videos of the properties since I live out of state. When I finally met her in person it was like meeting an old friend! She has a great, upbeat personality! She is very resourceful as well. I was able to purchase homeowners insurance & get pre-approved for financing with her recommendations & assistance. My closing was smooth and effortless. Jane handled all this for me. When I was referred to Jane as a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting into with the whole process of buying a home. We looked at a few homes had an inspection that went terrible but she knew what I was looking for and never gave up and she found me a gold mind before it could hit and be scooped off the market. She stays on top of all the moving parts and doesn't miss a beat. Yes, she's definitely hungry but don't take it the wrong way because she truly does care and is there for her client. Last January and February we stayed in FL to see if it was something we might like to do in the winters and before we left we decided to find a place to buy. Immediately we fell in love with Jane. She was spunky, she listened to us and what we were interested in and that we were not going to just settle. Over the next entire year we kept in touch, looking or sending houses, seeing what she would send us, and never pressured us a bit, which was so nice. It always felt that she truly had our backs and this was a journey together. My family had some major health issues and she would just check in on how they were doing and not even talk about houses, which again showed how she really cared about us a people and not as a sale. We flew down the beginning of March and look at so many places thinking one might be the one, but then left to go home although still very positive that when the the time was right, the perfect place would present itself and no sooner did we leave did that happen! We were not even home a few days and got a text that she found our home and boy did she ever! I now have a lifelong realtor and Friend, will refer anyone I know to her and brag about her to anyone I hear that is looking for a place in FL.
