Ms. Bishop was helpful, available and especially knowledgeable. She was helpful and sensitive to all the issues with a legacy home after both parents passed. She was supportive and flexible about clearing out and sprucing up a beloved family home that had many years "deferred maintenance" as well as treasured memories.
