I found Jane in an unusual way, my sister, who is a realtor in Chicago, gave me the addresses of a couple of homes that had sold similar to mine in NC. When I contacted Jane, she responded right back and there was an immediate connection because she could provide everything I needed to be able to sell my home in absentia and she made it seem like it was no problem. First, the tenants locked us out and my original keys did not work.....Jane to the rescue, got the locksmith and he rekeyed the locks! The place was very nasty and dirty with lots of bulky trash in the house and smelly garbage in the garage. Jane to the rescue....she gave me a plan of action to get the house ready to sell…..she told me what I needed as far as trash receptacles and the people to do a clean out of all the rubbish and degree that was left behind. There were many major repairs needed and she got us quotes from her resources that beat out our resources every time!!! Jane was a God send in that she met with the contractors, inspected the work to get the house move in ready and sent me photos to keep me updated at every stage of the process making everything easy for me. When it came to pricing, she respected what we wanted to sell the house for and with the negotiations she was extremely knowledgeable and we got the price we were asking for the property. I will refer her to all my NC friends who need a realtor!!!!!!!
