It took Janann one (1) day to schedule and show proposed property, prepare purchase agreement and obtain a response all in ONE day. This was easier than buying a car or closing a loan at the bank. Janann's responsiveness, knowledge of local area, negotiation skills in helping us get the terms we wanted and ease of finalizing were like clock work. I would highly recommend Janann to anyone whose looking for a hard working, dedicated professional such as this relator.
