When we first put our house on the market the market was soft. No houses were selling in our area. Jana helped us make the decision to postpone the sale. During the postponement she helped us find craftsmen to do a few upgrades that created more value and curb appeal. The craftsmen she recommended were well qualified and we felt confident in having them in the house. The selling process was stressful for various reasons, but Jana stayed upbeat and helped lead us through this time with patience and grace.

Being a single lady I was more than worried about selling my house. Jana took all of my concerns and smoothed the way for me. If I had a problem she took it on and let me know how it was going to work. Because that had been my home for many years it was hard for me to let go. She was very kind to listen to me and not push me. She knew exactly how to handle the entire sale. I rate Jana as an excellent person to get the job done!! If I ever need to sell again I would want her to guide me through the process.

Working with Jana was easy and I felt like she was on my side in determining asking price, preparing the house for listing and the actual sale. We had a contract on the house in TWO days!!! She was responsive when I had questions. She provided me with vendors to assist with requested repairs which put my mind at ease. All in all, she did an outstanding job and i would recommend her without any reservation.

Jana handled everything perfectly. Her knowledge of today's market, the process, and how to stage, price, and close on our home was top notch. She was able to make great referrals when we needed them and was incredibly patient as we learned our way through some things.

Our house was priced right - no low ball bids and two good offers in a few days. Took care of outrageous demands by the buyer to help us keep our sanity, referred us to superb professionals to take care of necessary refurbishments, and did a lot of little things I never saw but knew they had happened.
