Big plus. When I found the home I wanted to buy she went right to work making the offer and guided me through the process. There were a few bumps along the way Jana had answers in a day if not hours. Made for a lot less stress. Her team helped with getting all the utility addresses, handy man. Even after my home closed and I had questions she helped me. I so much appreciated it!! When I originally spoke with Jana about the house I referred to it as a rental with great bones. The location of this home and neighbors were great. The house had a renter in it that did some damage during covid and it needed updating. She was able to see the potential of this place and find the right buyer that was willing to do what would be needed to make this place fantastic.
