Jana Osborne

We had our best experience buying a house with Jana Osbourne. She is very personable, PATIENT, knowledgeable, and very conscientious about what it takes to buy a house. I don't think she ever slept. Jana really takes the time to get to know you and quickly figures out what you want. We were very picky. She takes great joy to see her clients find the perfect home. She never wanted us to settle on a house. We had a lot of questions and negotiating issues and she was always quick to respond. We had to back out of one house after inspections and she immediately jumped right back in there to finding us our perfect home. The required paper work was always done that very day even while dealing with her multiple clients. We had a few addendum's and they were never delayed. She always kept our best interest in mind with negotiating our issues which made a great correspondence between seller's agent. We had been through a few realtors. They gave up on us very shortly when we were not buying quickly due to wanting an unrestricted as well as a decent area. Jana told us she was our person and she would find us something. She kept true to her word and stuck with us and found us our perfect house. Thank you Jana.
