We have used Jana for 2 different transactions and she has been awesome to work with. We were on a time crunch with our last house search and we were in less than ideal financial situation. I was actually in a panic to find somewhere to live. But Jana and her mortgage broker Vickie were able to find work arounds to help us actually get into a house we wanted in under less than ideal circumstances. They were very responsive to questions throughout the day and were extremely helpful with putting together multiple plans for different price points so that we had a full picture of all of our options.
