She listened to what it was we wanted and that was evident by what she showed us...She stayed on top of listings as they came up, and let us know right away...She helped us through a purchase that was complicated at best (cabin on a Federal Tract with buyers that were a four hour drive away), and was further complicated by some issues on the sellers side...Jana stuck with us throughout the extended process, acted as our “eyes” when we couldn’t get there, and was thorough and detail oriented… Through the whole process Jana was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and displayed excellent judgement…She stayed in touch with the seller's agent, and kept us up to date on what was going on...She answers her phone, and when she can't she calls back quickly...She explains the process in a way that makes it easy to understand, and she follows through on what she says she will do...
