Jan went above and beyond her duties as my realtor. I needed to sell quickly and Jan gave me boxes for the move, assisted in prepping my house to sell, gave advice on things that needed my attention to get the house to sell better, and even got me lunch. For a single father who has been struggling, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone like Jan go out of her way to help me outside her normal role as my realtor. The process of selling my house was explained to me in an easy to understand kind of way, and she answered all my questions in a tely manor so there was no waiting around for a response. In a time where my personal stress was at its highest, Jan made sure that the stress of selling my house was at an absolute minimum, and I really can't thank her enough. I will be recommending her to anybody else I hear is looking to buy or sell. She was truly a blessing.
