Jan was awesome to work with when we purchased our home. She was like our personal tour guide and spent 4 days with us, showing over 15 properties that she researched and pre-selected based on our criteria. Jan is very professional, friendly, interesting, and so knowledgeable of the area, local businesses, activities, etc. As first time visitors to GA, it was clear to us that this was where we wanted to retire, based in no small part on Jan's personal service. We bought our home on the 4th day of our visit before returning to CA. As a long distance customer during escrow, having Jan to help us through the process was so easy , and pleasurable. Jan is a shining example of all we have to look forward to in starting our new life with the friendly people and beauty of this area.
