My wife and I, along with our three daughters/spouses have used Jan as our agent for more than a decade, and for 7 different transactions (and counting). Jan is the ultimate professional - both professional and personable. She gives great advice, and has the experience and level-headedness to put up with unreasonable expectations and outbursts - all while continuing to move the transactions to a close. In our current sale of our California house, Jan adjusted from the standard marketing approach to meet the unusual requirements we set on selling our house. And, after less than 10 days in a softening market, she brought an offer that met those requirements.
