Jan Ramsey helped us with a home purchase in the spring of 2022, our second home purchase with Jan. She is everything you could ask for in a realtor! Jan is thorough in providing lot of options and information during the search, asks questions and listens to feedback to narrow down the search as needed. She followed up with us regularly and seemed to be available whenever we had time to look at a house or had questions about the market or a particular property. She is very up to date on market trends, and in the know about upcoming properties. When we found a place we loved, Jan did everything we needed to get the offer and counteroffers done quickly, helping us quickly understand all the documents and reports and contingencies (and again being always available) so we could move fast.
