Jan was a wonderful and helpful agent along the whole process that was pretty unknown to me. I am very grateful I met her. She guided me step by step on the process and was very efficient on preparing all documentation necessary. She had excellent communication with the selling agent what made everything easier for me. I really felt that I could trust her and I was totally right.
