Earlier this summer I was in the market for a house. I'm very unfamiliar with the process of buying a house so I called the agent who listed the first house I liked. Jan was able to quickly make an appointment to show the house as well as a couple others I wanted to see. Eventually when I found a house I wanted to make an offer on, Jan along with his wife Carla were always available to answer any question I had. And as complicated as the house buying process is, I had a lot of questions. They were both very professional and patient with me and always made sure I understood every detail along the way. Buying a house is a big life decision with a lot to think about so it was great to have a friendly agent who expressed kindness and patience.
