It was a true pleasure working with Jan... There seem to be a million things to know when buying a house, but Jan seems to know every detail, AND was able to explain it to us in a way that was very easy to understand. We love the new house she helped us find!

Jan was recommended by a friend and she was phenomenal! Jan had great knowledge on the market, and was very patient with us. Jan was also very responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We initially were not really sure where we wanted to live and how much we wanted to invest so we were all over the map initially. Jan patiently worked with us and accompanied us to many, many houses and gave us great advice which helped us narrow it done. She was also very helpful is helping us determine how much work would be needed at each house to make it "ours" which was also very helpful. She had great ideas on how to update the various houses which helped us decided whether it was a viable possibility or not. Eventually we found the perfect house which was wonderful. Only sad part is we won't have any excuse to work with Jan anymore (at least until the day comes when we need to sell the house)! We would definitely recommend Jan and Allen Tate!!
